‘Tis the season for holiday gatherings and parties! It’s one of my favorite times of year, so I thought I would take one high heeled step outside of my comfort zone and share a couple holiday party dresses with y’all. The first one is an adorable green silk ruffle dress with a cozy wool coat and strappy heels. Oh and not to be missed, this tortoise bag from Zac Posen!

I love the deep green and ruffle hem on this dress! It’s perfect for office holiday parties or a gathering where you’re meeting new people and aren’t sure of the attire (story of my life lately :)). I keep flats in my bag and this look is so cute with them or with heels.
It’s starting to get really, really festive around Charleston you guys! We took most of these photos in the Old Village in Mt. Pleasant (our new ‘hood!) and the houses and storefronts all around town are lighting up and donning bows.
We also stopped by our local coffee shop, Vintage, which is so adorable! It was my first peppermint hot chocolate of the season and it did not disappoint. I also took this opportunity to slip into some comfier shoes, see how well the look goes with flats too?!
